10-Year-Old Boy Arrested on Attempted Burglary Charges

A 10-year-old boy was one of three individuals arrested earlier this month in connection to an attempted southeast Austin burglary. On April 10th, police received a suspicious persons call regarding four individuals near Cocao Circle after a person reported seeing two people jump a wooden fence.

Police responded to the call and arrested three of the four individuals, including a 17-year-old boy, a 10-year-old boy, and another minor who is also suspected in connection with a number of other burglary cases.
